Download the file, extract the files from it with Winrar or 7zip (or anything other similar program), then copy bltadwin.ru files and nvse_bltadwin.ru into this directory: Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout New Vegas. From there, you should be able to use FOMM or Nexus Mod Manager to launch New Vegas with NVSE.
Yea same. Using MO. Tested NVSE through stand alone and worked. Tried running through MO and I get a black DOS box then it closes and thats it. I'd just use FOMM and download NVSE from the site. #1.
