Fivem stuck on mod download

I use HeidiSQL. All I had to do is add the FivePD SQL to your desktop. Double click it to launch it and then it'll open HeidiSQL. Enter your servers SQL info (Found on the Zap website or the top of your bltadwin.ru) Then once it opens into your server stuff click the blue arrow in the middle of the application almost. Whenever I start up fivem and try to join a server it gets stuck on downloading content. I've tried restarting the client probably hundreds of times now and nothing has worked. The reason why this works is that FiveM requires some modules and libraries that are present in the GTA directory. If we launch the application normally, it will not have access and hence cause problems when launching or during the game.
